Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gadgets that have been tampered with or had any repair attempt from any other place before arriving to us.
  • Gadgets with attempts of exchanged parts.


To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Mobile phones with obvious signs of use
  • Any mobile phone not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any mobile phone returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, please:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to officially post.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to Bihi towers along moi avenue 5th floor shop 9. You are responsible for your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
