Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy.

Return Period:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Gadgets that have been tampered with or have had any unauthorized repair attempts.
    • Gadgets with attempted parts exchanges.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us to arrange this.
  • For high value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.  

Restocking Fees:

  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns of items that are not in their original, unopened condition.

Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Mobile phones with visible signs of use, such as scratches, dents, or software modifications.
  • Any mobile phone not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
  • Any mobile phone returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received your refund, please:
    • Check your bank account again.
    • Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay in posting the refund.
    • Contact your bank, as processing times vary.

Sale Items:

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
