- Gadgets that have been tampered with or have had any unauthorized repair attempts.
- Gadgets with attempted parts exchanges.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us to arrange this.
- For high value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Restocking Fees:
- A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns of items that are not in their original, unopened condition.
Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
- Mobile phones with visible signs of use, such as scratches, dents, or software modifications.
- Any mobile phone not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
- Any mobile phone returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
